No experience is needed. Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help students of all skill levels feel comfortable, learn quickly, and build confidence from day one.

What should I wear to the first class?

For your first class, just wear comfortable workout clothes like a t-shirt and athletic pants or shorts. Once you get started, we’ll guide you on uniforms and gear.

How often should students attend classes?

We recommend attending 2–3 times per week for the best results. Consistent training helps students build skills, confidence, and progress more quickly.

Are classes safe?
